We decided to find out and prepared a unique set of wooden mills equipped with an uncompromising ceramic grinding mechanism.

The 17-centimeter high Grinder was designed to be a decoration for every kitchen, perfectly fits in the hand and grinding with it was a pleasure. You can combine Grinder with other types of Scandinavian mills to always have freshly ground Kampot pepper of every kind at hand.

White pepper

White pepper is a gentle yet still peppery caress to the taste buds.

After grinding, the scents ofcamphor, sage, and cedarwoodunfold, accompanied by a subtle aroma of nutmeg blossom, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can feel tones ofnutmeg kernel, thyme blossom, and lemon balm underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

White pepper goes well with light meat. It wonderfully supports the flavor of seafood, pairs well withrisotto, creamy soups and its taste is not lost even in combination with good pasta. The finer you grind Kampot pepper, the more intense the spiciness will be; conversely, larger fragments or whole grains lend the dish more specific pepper tones.

Grinding mechanism

At the heart of the grinder is the CrushGrind® ceramic grinding mechanism.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of the pepper grind, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper pepper taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but tip the unruly pellets into the chamber directly from the package, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, do not forget your grinder to clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical products for this. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Always keep grinder away from the sink and handle it carefully when operating above steam.

Thanks to this, it is an almost immortal tool with which you will grind until the end of your life. The surface treatment of the material not only highlights the always absolutely original mark of the wood, but also ensures its easy maintenance.
