It is an area that, thanks to its coastal climate and geological conditions, allows local farmers to produce pepper of the highest quality in the world. It is no coincidence that this pepper has obtained protected geographical indication, similar to French champagne. From small family farms, we purchase pepper under direct trade conditions, which guarantee a fair reward for every grower, and we try to promote this approach among other traders as well. Green freeze-dried pepper brings the maximally fresh taste of green peppercorns.

Even in this case, expect a peppery flavor full of spiciness in a very intense and rich form.In the taste of green freeze-dried pepper, fresh tones blendof freshly cut grass, green tea and citrus with a subtle touch of sea salt flavor.

Processing

Freeze-dried green pepper is obtained by harvesting fragile, still unripe peppercorns.

They are not traditionally sun-dried, but go through a process calledfreeze-drying. During this process, the peppercorns are dried by freezing, which removes moisture. The added Kampot salt keeps the peppercorns fresh even during transport. After unpacking, all they need is adrop of oil or water to restore the moisture that the freeze-dried peppercorns absorb back andthey regain their structure and tasteas if you just picked them from the pepper vine.

Thanks to careful selection corresponding to the strict quality requirements for Kampot pepperset by the Kampot Pepper Association, only the best grains are handpicked. These are then vacuum-packed topreserve quality and freshness during the journey to the Czech Republic, where they are further selected, packed, and delivered right to your table.

Usage
