This region, thanks to its coastal climate and geological conditions, allows local farmers to produce the highest quality pepper in the world. Not without reason, this pepper has received a protected geographical indication, similar to French champagne. We purchase the pepper from small family farms under direct trade conditions, ensuring a fair compensation for every grower, and we strive to promote this approach among other traders as well. Kampot pepper is offered in several colors. The color of the grains is determined by the processing method of the pepper vine fruits.

This delicacy of the highest quality is packed directly in Cambodia. A pinch of fleur de sel, obtained by evaporating sea water, is added to the green pepper grains. The salt preserves the fresh pepper, ensuring its absolute freshness. Thanks to this processing, the grains retain the taste of delicate green pepper freshly picked from the pepper vine.

Due to careful selection meeting strict requirements for the quality of pepper exported from Kampot, set by the Kampot Pepper Association, only the very best grains are handpicked.
