Fresh pepper

Package also includes unique green pepper, with an intense pepper flavor that is gradually accompanied by hints of citrus and conifers, interwoven with floral tones. Compared to classic dried peppers, they are markedly different. These are delicate and fragile; once chewed in your mouth, they unleash a perfect harmony of exotic flavors. Use them whole or grind them in a mortar—they do not belong in a grinder.

Green Kampot pepper In the salt flower, you will be surprised by an explosion of pepper flavor with hints of citrus and conifers. Try combining it with dark meat, in baking dishes, or with your morning eggs.

Fermented pepper It is the king (not only) of cold cuisine. It brings the most delicate flavor with a slightly salty grace. It can elevate vegetarian dishes, appetizers, and autumn soups. For its dark appearance, it is nicknamed Cambodian caviar.

Kampot salt
Salt is the foundation of every kitchen. That is why we included salt gathered from the Kampot salt pans in the set.

Coarse sea salt You can use it for everyday grinding during cooking. Season with it, use it for pickling, preserving meat, fish, and vegetables, prepare marinades from it, let meat rest in its salt crust, or use it to adorn the surface of baked goods.

BBQ seasoning
An aromatic blend suitable for marinating meat or as a rub. It caramelizes beautifully and enhances the flavor of grilled dishes. No chemicals, no glutamate. Freshly ground black pepper releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the fragrance of lime peel. These gradually flow into a harmonious aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant aroma is that of peach and nectarine, accompanied by hints of pine and the earthy tones of Cambodian mountain puda full of minerals.

Ingredients: Black Kampot pepper 36 %, salt 29 %, sugar 14.5 %, crushed chilli 8.5 %, dried onion 5.5 %, dried garlic 5.5 %.

VEGE seasoning
A refined blend for grilled tofu, vegetables, or halloumi. It contains natural ingredients with a mild spiciness that enhances flavor even without meat. Seriously red pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with a gentler heat. At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which subsequently transition into dried cherry tones. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and an earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Ingredients: Red Kampot pepper 33 %, salt 29 %, white Kampot pepper 15.5 %, lemon peel 5.5 %, orange peel 5.5 %, sugar 5.5 %, nutmeg flower 3 %, star anise 2 %.
