The set includes 50 grams of black pepper and 120g of coarse sea salt.

Black pepper, which releases tones of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme, accompanied by the scent of lime peel. These gradually transition into a coastal aroma with developing fruity tones. The dominant aroma is peach and nectarine, accompanied by the scent of pine and earthy tones of mineral-rich Cambodian mountain soil.

Additionally, you will receive 120g of coarse sea salt from the very heart of Kampot province. It achieves exceptional qualities mainly due to the gentle and ecological processing, which has remained unchanged for centuries - the only things farmers use to produce this salt are pure seawater, sun, and wind. Thanks to the unique microclimatic conditions of Kampot, this sea salt is enriched with more than 70 minerals and trace elements, which due to its natural character, are easily absorbed into food and also beneficial to the human body.

High-quality, unrefined sea salt has ahigher nutritional value and enhances the flavor properties of the ingredients used in the dish. It is suitable for everyday cooking; for salting, as a garnish on baked goods, for pickling or preserving meat, fish, vegetables, in marinades, on steaks, or for the less typical baking in a salt crust or conversely, the very typical grilling.

On one side stands pepper, which is aptly nicknamed the champagne among peppers.It is regarded as the best pepper in the world for its quality and perfectly enhances every dish you make. On the other side is hand-picked salt from sea salinas, created solely by the power of the sun.

However, pepper and salt cannot do without grinders. In this set, you will find two 17-centimeter high grinders made from natural solid wood with a perfect grinding mechanism, allowing you to easily adjust the grind's coarseness. This way, you can easily access all the flavors and aromas hidden in the peppercorns and salt crystals.

The design of the grinders was crafted to fit perfectly in your hand and be easy to operate. We chose colors for the easiest possible recognition of the grinder's content, with black for the pepper grinder and a light natural color for the salt grinder. However, imagination knows no bounds, and you can complement this color scheme with additional colored grinders from our selection.

Maintenance

By adjusting the grind size of pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the taste of the pepper will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use bare hands, but pour the restless peppercorns directly from the package into the chamber, and help yourself with a spoon or funnel. At the same time, don't forget to clean your grinder regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this purpose. A cloth, a brush, and a drop of olive oil are sufficient. Always keep the grinder away from the sink and be careful with its operation over steam.
