The perfect Grinder, thanks to which you immediately have freshly ground pepper or salt at hand, or even two kinds of unique Kampot pepper.
In an instant, you can unleash a play of incredible flavors and aromas of pepper in your kitchen, which is part of Package.
The set contains our double Grinder and two basic types of Kampot pepper. Grinder combines quality materials, practicality, and clever design. Its greatest feature is its construction, which includes two chambers and two grinding mechanisms. It can thus be filled with two kinds of Kampot pepper – either pepper and salt from Kampot – making it a very practical tool for cooking or seasoning dishes right at the table.
This pepper grinder is 23 centimeters high and fits perfectly in the hand. For maximum practicality, each end is fitted with a special cap to always preserve the freshness of the pepper and to prevent any impurities from getting in.
This set also includes two 20g Package packets of individual types of Kampot pepper of your choice. You can choose between black, red, and white. They differ in taste and aroma, qualities that are hardly found in pepper bought at ordinary supermarkets.
Black Pepper Upon grinding, it releases notes of eucalyptus, camphor, and thyme accompanied by the scent of lime rinds. These gradually merge into a straightforward aroma with developing fruity notes. The dominant scent is of peach and nectarine, accompanied by hints of pine and earthy tones of Cambodian mountain soil rich in minerals.
Rare Red Pepper It is an explosion of fruity notes with a milder pungency. At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, which then give way to dried cherry nuances. After two to three minutes, more characteristic aromas for Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and a more earthy crust of sourdough bread.
White Pepper It is a gentle yet distinctly peppery caress on the taste buds. Upon grinding, aromas of camphor, sage, and cedar wood emerge, accompanied by a subtle scent of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can detect notes of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm underpinned by hints of cedar and black tea.
