The package includes 50 g of white Kampot pepper, 50 g of red Kampot pepper, 20 g of crushed flakes of freeze-dried Kampot pepper, and 120 g of coarse Kampot salt for 986 CZK free of charge.
Pepper and salt are automatically added to the basket with the grinder.
In addition to the FinaMill grinder, the package includes three types of pepper combined with coarse salt.
White Kampot pepper (50 g) is among the milder yet still distinct peppers. It is ideal for poultry and fish meat, soups, and salads. Red Kampot pepper (50 g) is its ripe counterpart. It is full of fructose and, thanks to its fruity character, dominates cold cuisine. Don’t be afraid to experiment with it; you can also use it in preparing drinks or desserts. Crushed flakes of freeze-dried Kampot pepper (20 g) can be used with any kind of meat, pasta, mushrooms, or even soups. Coarse Kampot salt (120 g) is hand-harvested salt that you can use for everyday cooking in any dish.
Besides the pepper and salt containers included with the Package FinaMill grinder, we also offer containers for grinding dried herbs or hard ingredients like chocolate or coffee beans.
We also have stands for three or four containers.
