You wished for it so much and we really took our time.

Because inventing the perfect mortar, or better said a grinder, is not easy. We present to you our first grinder, which finally grinds all kinds of Kampot pepper and thus becomes the only helper for everything!

What is innovative about it? It is the opposite of huge mortars for the kitchen. It is only 10 cmtall, fits exactly in the palm of your hand, and instead of a classic pestle, it has a beautiful ergonomic handle that prevents pepper from "flying out" of the mortar. Thanks to high-quality cast iron and acacia wood , however, it is strong and heavy and can handle grinding even on the table. On the bottom part, it has smart rubber groovesthat literally stick the mortar to any surface!

It was made for us by the Danish CrushGrind® - so it is based on the same quality, design, and traditionas all our mills. It loves Kampot pepper, but also various spices; just avoid salt, which does not get along with cast iron. The design is inspired by Asia and is very minimalist so that it fits into both classic and modern kitchens.

Kampot peppers

Black pepper is auniversal spicethat does not get lost in any dish. Still, it is ideal to pair it mainly withdark red meat. It elevates every steak on the grill or pan to perfection, but it also finds its use inclassic sauces, soupsand goes very well withpasta.

. Red pepper, thanks to its fruity character, is theking of cold cuisine. It suits vegetable salads, gets along withrisotto, soups, and don’t be afraid to experiment with it when preparingsweet desserts or mixed drinks. Rather than with dark meat, combine it with fish or light poultry meat.

White pepper suitslight meat. It wonderfully supports the taste of seafood, goes well withrisotto, creamy soupsand its taste is not lost even in combination with good pasta.
