The South Moravian chocolate factory of the Herůfek couple is just as sweet as its chocolate products, handmade from the finest organic cocoa beans bought directly from farmer families at fair trade prices.

Ingredients

The individual varieties of Kampot pepper differ in both taste and aroma.

Rare red Kampot pepper is an explosion of fruity notes with milder heat. At first, notes of rose and rosehip dominate, then they gradually shift into dried cherries. After two to three minutes, the more characteristic aromas of Kampot pepper begin to develop, such as citrus fruits, dried tangerines, and the earthier crust of sourdough bread.

Dark chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, 2% organic Kampot pepper, minimum 70% cocoa solids.

Milk chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic cocoa butter, 2% organic Kampot pepper, minimum 54% cocoa solids.

White chocolate

Organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic dried milk, organic cocoa butter, 2% organic Kampot pepper, minimum 40% cocoa solids.

All types of nuts, peanuts, and milk are processed in the production facility.
