By adjusting the grind coarseness of pepper, you influence its flavor profile.

The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments impart more of the distinctive exotic tones of Kampot pepper to the dish.

When filling the grinder, never use your bare hands, but pour the restless beads into the chamber straight from the package, and use a spoon or funnel. Also, do not forget your Grinder clean regularly. However, never use water or chemical agents for this. A cloth is enough, a brush and a drop of olive oil. Grinder should always be kept away from the sink and handled carefully over steam.
