We've stored the pepper in glass containers for maximum clarity, so you can grind its various colors during cooking without any restrictions – quickly, clearly, and whenever you like.

Materials

This range of grinders combines glass with a quality and aesthetically pleasing biocomposite material made from cellulose fibers based on wood from certified, sustainably managed forests. This material gives the products a warm, natural, and pleasant design suitable for any kitchen. It is also highly resistant to staining.

The material has a low carbon footprint, and unlike crop-based biomaterial, this biocomposite does not interfere with the food production chain. The set is supplied in a custom-made cardboard box with the dimensions 25 x 16.5 x 6 cm. The grinder itself has a height of 13 centimeters. Engraving is not possible on this set.

The mechanism is ceramic and patented by the world's best manufacturer of ceramic mechanisms - Danish CrushGrind®, which you may also know from our other grinders. The unique positioning of the mechanism "upside down" ensures that no impurities will make their way onto your table. Adjusting the coarseness levels to your preference is, of course, standard.

Maintenance

By adjusting the coarseness of grinding, you can influence the taste profile of pepper. The smaller the fragments, the sharper the pepper's taste will be. Conversely, larger fragments will impart more of the specific exotic tones of Kampot pepper to your dish.

When filling glass containers, never use your bare hands. Instead, transfer the restless little balls directly from the package to the chamber using a spoon or funnel. Don't forget to regularly clean your grinder. However, avoid using chemical preparations for this purpose. A cloth, a small brush, and a drop of water should suffice. Always handle glass grinders and containers with the utmost care.
