For the white bean-to-bar chocolate with oyster mushroom, we used cocoa butter – a professional carrier of beneficial substances – and combined it with the beneficial oyster mushroom. A few drops of very high-quality organic essential orange oil give it a pleasantly fresh touch.

When tasting, you can detect orange, caramel, hazelnut, honey, cream, and a delicious umami flavor.
