Together with almonds, it creates a harmonious and balanced flavor that entices you to take another bite. Most people here are used to nougat being a hazelnut cream. This cream is very rich, and that is why we decided to follow the tradition of Western Europe and the greatest gourmets from France, Spain, and Italy, where the name nougat is reserved for a dish made of honey, almonds, and egg white.
Here, unfortunately, this term has been devalued by a product known as Turkish honey, whose quality is diametrically different from our nougat – delicate, melting on the tongue.
