Fermented pepper

A delicate and mild variant of fresh green pepper – thanks to fermentation in Kampot fleur de sel, all the peppercorns soften beautifully, mellow in flavor, and are the ideal complement to salads, omelets, pasta, sauces, or anything in a wok. They are also called pepper caviar – very delicious and complex in taste due to salting.
No grinder needed, and you can sprinkle them anywhere, just like fresh!
