Green fermented pepper brings the absolutely delicate taste of fresh green pepper grains with fine grace. The lyophilization process will then raise them to the heights of the divine mana with a fine touch of the salt flower from the sea salin. The soft structure melts on the tongue and gradually develops in the mouth from the background of fine freshness, over friendly hotness to light acidity and tones of fresh green pepper.

What makes our fermentation technology and subsequent lyophilization of green pepper so unique? How did we change the pepper ball into a perfectly complex flavored pepper flake?

Fermented Kampot Pepper contains fresh green grains processed by the old Japanese fermentation method directly in Cambodia. A pinch of salt flower obtained by evaporation of seawater in the campaign is added to the pickled grains. During the subsequent lyophilization, the grains are dried with frost, which deprives them of moisture and still raises the already refined taste of pepper, which we developed first in the world. Subsequent crushing of this completely flavored pepper produces fine flakes, which are an authentic form of green pepper with salt and green tea.

Thanks to the careful selection corresponding to the strict demands on the quality of the pepper balanced from the campaign, determined by the Association of the Campot Pepra, only the best grains are always selected manually. It is then vacuuming to maintain quality and freshness during the journey to the Czech Republic, where they are further selected, packed and delivered to your table.
