He joined forces with German Michelin chef Patrik Jaroš and together they created the perfect final seasoning for both the kitchen and the grill for all types of dishes.

In this mix you will find carefully selected ingredients that will allow you to prepare unique dishes for this year’s grilling. Try a combination of white Kampot pepper and lemon zest with beautiful edible flowers, which will bring freshness and originality to your white meat dishes.

Ingredients

White Kampot pepper is a gentle, yet consistently peppery caress of the taste buds.

After grinding it, notes of camphor, sage, and cedarwood unfold, accompanied by a gentle aroma of nutmeg flower, grapefruit, and other citruses. After a few minutes in the mouth, you can detect hints of nutmeg, thyme flower, and lemon balm underpinned by the aroma of cedar and black tea.

Composition: White Kampot pepper 75%, dried thyme 8%, salt 7.5%, lemon peel 7.5%, dried yarrow 0.6%, dried cornflower 0.6%, dried sunflower 0.3%.
